With over 20 years in the banking and finance field, working with some of the world’s largest institutions, property funds and investors, Jason has a proven track record of advising clients on investments and asset management, and has brought his knowledge and experience to bear working with institutions and developers at Hana.
Jason has held director positions within investment banking and markets divisions at Nomura, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and ANZ. In addition, Jason has over a decade of experience investing in real estate across different jurisdictions.
Jason holds a Master of Science in Physics from Imperial College, London.
Richard is Senior Sales Manager and responsible for Japan Hana’s sales team in Hong Kong.
Mr. Sum has over 15 years of experience leading successful sales teams covering Hong Kong, China, Asia Pacific and US.
He is fluent in Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Mr. Sum holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Mr. Takano is the Director of Hana Global Investments’ Japan office. Mr. Takano has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry across sales, leasing, asset management and development.
He is fluent in Japanese and English.
